Ability Production
Ability Production provides services, information, and resources for individuals and their support communities who want to maximize their health and quality of life while managing spinal cord injuries. 

AbleThrive is a one-stop platform featuring curated resources for living well with a disability. Resources are curated from blogs, organizations, hospitals, and companies around the world, organized and delivered to users based on their specific needs. Our partnerships with resource providers ensure that their articles, videos, products, and services reach those that can benefit. Our user-centric approach leverages technology to filter and deliver resources based on the user's specific situation, fostering a collaborative, empowering environment.

AAPD - American Association of People with Disabilities
AAPD's mission is to (1) ensure economic and political empowerment of all people with disabilities; (2) further the productivity, independence, full citizenship, and total integration of people with disabilities into all aspects of society; (3) foster leadership among people with disabilities; (4) support the full implementation and enforcement of disability nondiscrimination laws, particularly the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; (5) Provide information to the disability community; and (6) educate the public and government policy makers regarding issues affecting people with disabilities.

Accredited Online Colleges and Disability Education
A general information website with many resources useful to all people looking to further their education.  The site provides useful tips for people with disabilities who are pursuing a degree from an accredited institution.

Advocacy, Inc.
A Texas based organization focused on advocating for, protecting and advancing the legal, human and service rights of people with disabilities. It's priorities include Community Integration, Protection & Civil Rights, Health Care, Housing, Employment, Access, Transportation (HEAT), and Education.

ALS Association
As the preeminent ALS organization, the Association leads the way in research, care services, public education, and public policy--giving help and hope to those facing the disease.  The Association's nationwide network of chapters provides comprehensive patient services and support to the ALS community.

Cerebral Palsy Group
A national organization that was created so that it may serve the individuals and families who have been diagnosed with cerebral palsy.  The organization offers information and support so that they may help provide resources and education to those effected by CP.  

The site is managed by the US Department of Labor and offers comprehensive information about programs and services to better serve more than 50 million Americans with disabilities, their family members, veterans, employers, educators, caregivers and anyone interested in disability-related information.

Families USA
Families USA is a national nonprofit, non-partisan organization dedicated to the achievement of high-quality, affordable health care for all Americans. Working at the national, state, and community levels, we have earned a national reputation as an effective voice for health care consumers for over 20 years.

ITEM Coalition - Independence Through Enhancement of Medicare and Medicaid
The ITEM Coalition is devoted to raising awareness and building support for policies that will enhance access to assistive devices, technologies and related services for people with disabilities and chronic conditions. The Coalition is consumer-led and has over seventy member organizations—including a diverse set of disability organizations, aging organizations, other consumer groups, labor organizations, voluntary health associations, and non-profit provider associations.

Legal Services Corporation (LSC)
Legal Services Corporation is the single largest provider of civil legal aid for the poor in the nation. Established by Congress in 1974, LSC operates as a private, nonprofit corporation that promotes equal access to justice and provides grants for high-quality civil legal assistance to low-income Americans.

National Disability Rights Network (NDRN)
NDRN is the non-profit membership organization for the federally mandated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) Systems and Client Assistance Programs (CAP). There are P&A/CAP agencies in every state and U.S. territory as well as one serving the Native American population in the four corners region.  Collectively, the P&A/CAP network is the largest provider of legally based advocacy services to people with disabilities in the United States.  

National Spinal Cord Injury Association
Founded in 1948, the National Spinal Cord Injury Association is the nation's oldest and largest civilian organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of Americans living with the results of spinal cord injury and disease (SCI/D) and their families.

Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc. (NLS)
Neighborhood Legal Services offers the majority of its services within Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming Counties in New York. However NLS also operates both a Statewide and National Assistive Technology Advocacy Project to assist persons with disabilities and the advocates and agencies that serve them.

NRRTS - National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers
NRRTS is dedicated to ensuring the provision of high quality Rehabilitation Technology and related services to people with disabilities. All members of NRRTS meet specific professional membership requirements and agree to adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of our organization. The cornerstones of these codes are quality, professionalism and integrity

RESNA - Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America
RESNA is an interdisciplinary association of people with a common interest in technology and disability. Its purpose is to improve the potential of people with disabilities to achieve their goals through the use of technology. RESNA serves that purpose by promoting research, development, education, advocacy and provision of technology; and by supporting the people engaged in these activities.

Spina Bifida Association (SBA)
The Spina Bifida Association serves adults and children who live with the challenges of Spina Bifida.  Since 1973, SBA has been the only national voluntary health agency solely dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with Spina Bifida and those whose lives are touched by this challenging birth defect.  Its tools are education, advocacy, reserach, and support.

The National Council on Independent Living
The National Council on Independent Living is the longest-running national cross-disability, grassroots organization run by and for people with disabilities. Founded in 1982, NCIL represents thousands of organizations and individuals including: Centers for Independent Living (CILs),Statewide Independent Living Councils  (SILCs), individuals with disabilities, and other organizations that advocate for the human and civil rights of people with disabilities throughout the United States.

United Spinal Association
The United Spinal Association is the largest non-profit organization dedicated to helping people living with spinal cord injuries and disorders (SCI/D). United Spinal is committed to providing active-lifestyle information, peer support, and advocacy that empowers individuals to achieve their highest potential in all facets of life.

WheelchairNet is a community for people who have a common interest in (or in some cases a passion for) wheelchair technology and its improvement and successful application. WheelchairNet is a virtual community...a community that exists only in "cyber space".
